Since 2008, Lady Lane has had the privilege of contributing to the renovation of historic buildings. We renovated an annex of King Louis XVI’s hunting lodge at 91 Rue Jean Jaures, Villejuif, with particular care being taken to preserve the central staircase and the oak beams on the top floor.
25 rue de Bretagne, located in the historic Le Marais district of Paris and dating back to the 17th century. Restored to the highest technical standards. All flooring, walls and staircases were preserved, and the apartments renovated while still respecting the use of traditional vintage materials.
10 Avenue de la Résistance – one of the oldest buildings on Avenue de la Résistance in Raincy, renovated and raised with particular care being taken to preserve the external shutters, paintwork and doorways.
We will soon be working on a building in Créteil, a key location during the French Resistance. We take the same level of care in restoration projects involving buildings of less historical significance.
